Hi. My name is Pasquale Racioppo, but people call me Pat.

After adopting my son Luca from Russia 6 years ago, it inspired me to turn my dream into reality of starting my own business. My dad always told me I could do anything I wanted to, so I followed my passion of owning my own custom home and renovation business, and be able to provide a legacy for my son who means the world to me. Luca is my “WHY”

I am based in Markham, but work throughout the GTA.

Building a house is not only about the shell but creating a creative, inviting space that is unique and different.

I am very passionate about the finishing and details of completing a house. I love to see the look of joy on my client’s faces when a project is completed and it is everything they dreamed it to be and more.

Building a relationship with my client’s is the most important aspect of my business. I need to understand their needs and be able to work with them closely to make sure they are happy and content with each step of the project.

Most people do not know where to start when doing any type of a renovation. That is what I do best. I will help you understand the process from start to finish. I will take care of all aspects of the project so there is never a worry on your part. I will be your main contact throughout the entire process.
