Ce dernier, pour sa part, est habituellement un mur extérieur ou bien un mur intérieur lié d’une façon ou d’une autre à la structure de la maison.
De plus, il faut savoir qu’un mur en béton ou en briques est souvent porteur en raison de son épaisseur plus considérable. Autre fait important : un mur porteur sera généralement placé en parallèle par rapport à la poutre principale.
Enfin, notez que le mieux serait de faire appel à un spécialiste pour vous assurer qu’aucune erreur n’est commise dans l’identification des murs porteurs et non porteurs.
