Les raisons sont aussi nombreuses que diversifiées : l’utilisation de machinerie lourde, les risques présentés pour la sécurité ainsi que les exigences relatives à la gestion du temps et à la planification des travaux.
La démolition : une question de sécurité et d’équipement
Effectuer des travaux de démolition demande beaucoup d’outils que le commun des mortels n’entrepose pas dans son garage : marteaux hydrauliques, chargeuses à direction, excavateurs et bien plus encore.
Comme les services de démolition ont accès à cet équipement et qu’ils savent comment les utiliser de façon sécuritaire, ceux-ci s’avèrent logiquement les mieux placés pour effectuer tout projet les impliquant.
Dans un second temps, il faut savoir que toute mauvaise initiative peut être coûteuse et même désastreuse dans le pire des cas.
Sur ce point, soulignons que seul un entrepreneur disposant d’une solide expérience sera en mesure de garantir que les travaux seront réalisés sans infliger de dommages à la structure.
Faire appel à un entrepreneur : pour quels projets de démolition?
Voici quelques exemples de travaux de démolition pour lesquels vous devriez faire affaire avec un entrepreneur, il s’agit de ceux visant :

Vous souhaitez démolir un mur non porteur?
Avant tout, êtes-vous certain que votre mur est non porteur? Un mur non porteur sonnera généralement creux en raison du fait qu’il est plus mince qu’un mur porteur. Ce dernier, pour sa part, est habituellement un mur extérieur ou bien un mur intérieur lié d’une façon ou d’une autre à la structure de la maison.
De plus, il faut savoir qu’un mur en béton ou en briques est souvent porteur en raison de son épaisseur plus considérable. Autre fait important : un mur porteur sera généralement placé en parallèle par rapport à la poutre principale.
Enfin, notez que le mieux serait de faire appel à un spécialiste pour vous assurer qu’aucune erreur n’est commise dans l’identification des murs porteurs et non porteurs.
