Par exemple, le revêtement de vinyle est résistant aux chocs et aux égratignures en plus d’être léger et peu dispendieux. Cependant, il peut se contracter lors des températures froides ou pâlir sous l’effet des rayons du soleil.
Autre revêtement très populaire, le bois possède un charme incontestable figurant au rang des plus grands avantages. Malheureusement, il requiert un soin particulier pour rester beau au fil des ans. De plus, il est vulnérable aux moisissures qui peuvent en causer la perte.
Le parement de briques, ce grand classique, est pour sa part un choix gagnant au niveau de l’insonorisation. Très résistant, mais malheureusement dispendieux, il est également sujet à certains problèmes qui peuvent se manifester à travers le temps comme les ventres-de-bœuf.

Nettoyer son parement extérieur
Dans certains cas, nul besoin de changer le revêtement extérieur. Un bon nettoyage peut suffire à lui redonner son lustre d’antan et à vouloir le garder encore pour les années à venir.
Pour un revêtement en aluminium, les taches de moisissure pourront être nettoyées grâce à un mélange d’eau de Javel, de détergent tout usage et de dégraissant.
Pour un revêtement en vinyle, le nettoyage peut se faire principalement à l’aide d’un produit de restauration souvent composé d’un produit nettoyant lui-même employé pour éliminer les traces d’oxydation sur le revêtement de même que les petites particules qui pourraient se trouver sur sa surface.
Pour votre parement en briques qui cumule de la saleté depuis trop longtemps, l’emploi d’une machine à pression sera d’une aide précieuse. Que faire dans le cas d’une tache? L’utilisation d’une lessive de soude caustique est recommandée.

L'installation du revêtement extérieur
