Pour l’insonorisation d’une maison, il est recommandé de prioriser l’isolation des planchers, des murs et des plafonds.
Pour effectuer l’isolation des plafonds, deux techniques sont disponibles : l’isolation acoustique avec retrait du plafond et sans retrait du plafond. Chacune de celle-ci possède une efficacité comparable, en autant que le gypse choisi soit à affaiblissement acoustique, les panneaux en fibre de bois étant généralement moins performants.

Améliorer l’insonorisation
Si certains travaux d’insonorisation impliquent de faire appel à l’expertise d’un professionnel, certains travaux peuvent être réalisés de votre propre chef en autant d’être bien renseigné avant de débuter votre projet. Parmi ceux-ci, mentionnons premièrement l’application d’un scellant acoustique dans tous les interstices susceptibles de laisser filtrer le son comme les cadrages ou les interrupteurs.
Dans un second temps, il est toujours possible d’installer des panneaux acoustiques dans les pièces les plus bruyantes de la maison. Leur efficacité déjà remarquable est accentuée par l’utilisation d’un scellant acoustique, ce qui vous permet d’insonoriser avec efficacité l’intérieur de votre maison.
Que dire enfin de la peinture insonorisante? En voilà une à laquelle on ne pense pas spontanément! Ce pour quoi il faut donc prendre un moment pour dire que les peintures insonorisantes actuellement mises en vente permettent de réduire le bruit jusqu’à 30% et que certaines marques pourraient même refléter et absorber les ondes sonores.
Que dire enfin de l’installation d’étagères bien remplies de livres? Leur occupation de l’espace permet de bloquer une certaine quantité de bruit qui pourrait contribuer à apaiser tout ce brouhaha!
