Vous avez besoin de couler une dalle de béton? Pour ce faire, vous devrez tout d’abord réaliser son coffrage. Mais comment exécuter cette tâche?
Avant de réaliser le coffrage d’une dalle de béton
Avant la réalisation de votre coffrage, vous aurez besoin de nettoyer la zone où il sera installé. Tous les obstacles doivent être retirés du sol.
Ensuite, il convient de prendre les mesures de l’emplacement de la future dalle. Vous délimiterez cet endroit à l’aide de piquets et de corde.
Maintenant, vous devrez creuser le sol, soit à l’aide d’une pelle ou d’un équipement plus spécialisé s’il s’agit d’une grande surface. Si vous devez creuser profondément dans le sol, déposez-y du gravier avant de couler votre dalle.
Faire le coffrage d’une dalle en béton
Pour construire le coffrage de votre dalle de béton, vous devrez vous assurer que les angles de votre coffrage sont de 90 degrés. De plus, vous devrez assurément utiliser des planches de bois d’au moins 27 mm d’épaisseur, ces dernières devront arriver au même niveau que la surface de la dalle qui sera coulée.
Attention aux dalles de béton qui ne sont pas couvertes! Pour celles-ci, le coffrage devra être en légère pente dans le même sens dont s’écoule l’eau. Les variations de température sont également une source de préoccupation, ce pour quoi il est essentiel de poser des joints de dilation dans cette figure de cas.

Comment préparer du béton?
Évidemment, cela ne sert à rien d’avoir un bon coffrage si votre béton n’est pas préparé et coulé de la bonne façon. Pour ce faire, suivez les instructions suivantes :
- Utilisez une bétonnière ou une brouette pour mélanger votre béton dépendamment de la quantité dont vous avez besoin ;
- Mélangez une part de ciment pour deux de sable et trois de gravier ;
- Ajoutez un demi-volume d’eau ;
- Étalez une partie de votre béton avec un râteau ;
- À l’aide d’une grande règle, égalisez le béton.
Gardez en tête qu’il faut égaliser le béton au fur à mesure de la progression du travail. À la toute fin, un taloche devra être employée pour effectuer le lissage final, le tout devra être exécuté en faisant des mouvements circulaires.
Quelques recommandations à suivre après le coulage de votre béton
Premièrement, disons qu’il est préférable d’attendre 24 heures avant de marcher sur votre dalle. Si vous désirez appliquer un revêtement, attendez quelques mois.
Enfin, veillez à nettoyer de temps à autre votre dalle avec de l’eau et du savon pour lui redonner de l’éclat.
