Il existe sur le marché divers matériaux pour la construction d’un patio. Disponibles sous plusieurs formes et diverses couleurs, vous trouverez facilement un patio dont le design s’adapte parfaitement à l’aspect extérieur de votre maison. Coup d’œil sur 3 matériaux phares pour la construction d’un patio :
- Patio en fibre de verre
Légers, durables et faciles d’entretien, les patios en fibre de verre sont disponibles sous diverses couleurs. La fibre de verre résiste très bien aux rayons ultra-violets, au gel et aux produits corrosifs, ce qui en fait un matériau idéal pour la construction d’un patio. Un autre avantage de la fibre de verre réside dans sa facilité d’entretien; de l’eau et du savon liquide suffiront pour le nettoyage de votre patio.
- Patio en PVC
Le PVC est imperméable, antidérapant et très doux au toucher. Il est notamment connu pour sa résistance à l'usure, mais également au calcium et au chlore. Pour cette raison, les patios en PVC sont privilégiés pour une installation à proximité des piscines et des spas. La durée de vie d’un patio en PVC varie entre 10 et 15 ans.
- Patio en bois
Le bois est intemporel, aucun risque pour que votre patio ne se démode après quelques années. Résistant et chaleureux ce matériau s’adaptera parfaitement à votre jardin boisé ou fleuri. Vous aurez le choix entre une multitude de bois: traité, torréfié ou composite, qui se différencient par leurs prix, leurs caractéristiques et leurs procédés de fabrication.
