Avantages :

- Facile d’entretien (même s’il en nécessite beaucoup).
Inconvénients :
- Moins résistant que certains autres modèles;
- Difficultés possibles en matière d’étanchéité;
- Plus difficile d’évacuer la pluie.

Le principal désavantage des toits plats est l’accumulation de débris.
