4 signes que votre toiture a besoin d'être rénovée
Vous vous demandez si votre toit a besoin d'être remis à neuf ? Nous allons vous présenter 4 signes qui ne mentent pas afin de déterminer si cet élément si important de votre demeure est en bon état ou a besoin d'être réparé :
1) L'âge de la toiture : en moyenne, les toitures ont une durée de vie de 20 à 25 ans (tout dépendant du type de matériau). Si votre toiture approche de cet âge, ou de l'âge maximal du matériau, vous devrez être doublement vigilant.
2) Des pièces de toiture qui ont disparu ou qui sont abîmées : ceci est d'autant plus marquant lorsqu'il est question d'une toiture en bardeau.
3) Des dommages à l'intérieur de la maison : vous subissez des infiltrations d'eau qui passent par vos plafonds ? Il se pourrait fortement que le problème soit dû à une toiture défectueuse.
4) Des débris dans votre gouttière : si vous trouvez des morceaux de toiture dans votre gouttière, c'est mauvais signe !
